Program Director for Linguistic Validation

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Program Director (Linguistic Validation).

Key Responsibilities

• Engages with customers as a senior operational leader and analyzes customer business issues to execute solutions
• Manages multiple client program teams to ensure profitability, client satisfaction, and quality of service delivery
• Develops and implements action plans to achieve strategic objectives and oversees operational revenue forecasts

Required Qualifications

• College/university degree in Business, English, Foreign Language, Social or Applied Science, or related field
• Experience coordinating complex projects in the translation/localization industry, preferably in medical/pharmaceutical translations
• Successful customer service/account management experience within the translation industry
• Demonstrated leadership or mentoring experience with a progressive record of responsibility in management
• PMP or PgMP Certification is a plus; fluency in at least one foreign language is also a plus
