Program Director for Linguistic Validation

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Program Director (Linguistic Validation).

Key Responsibilities

• Engages with customers as a senior operational leader and analyzes business issues to execute solutions
• Accountable for increasing program revenue and managing performance metrics related to client satisfaction and quality
• Leads operational discussions with clients and implements process improvements across service delivery

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• College/university degree in Business, English, Foreign Language, Social or Applied Science, or related field
• 10-12 years of experience coordinating complex projects in the translation/localization industry, preferably in medical/pharmaceutical translations
• Minimum of eight years of customer service/account management experience within the translation industry
• Demonstrated leadership or mentoring experience with a minimum of six years in management roles
• PMP or PgMP Certification is a plus
