Program Director for Linguistic Validation

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Program Director for Linguistic Validation.

Key Responsibilities

• Engages with customers as a senior operational leader and leads teams to execute defined solutions
• Analyzes performance metrics and collaborates with operations leadership to ensure customer satisfaction and process improvement
• Oversees financial health of accounts and develops strategies for operational readiness and cost reduction

Required Qualifications

• College/university degree in Business, English, Foreign Language, Social or Applied Science, or related field
• 10-12 years of experience coordinating complex projects within the translation/localization industry, preferably in medical/pharmaceutical translations
• Minimum of eight years in customer service/account management, with at least five years in the translation industry
• Demonstrated leadership or mentoring experience, with a minimum of six years in management
• PMP or PgMP Certification is a plus
