Program Director for Linguistic Validation

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Program Director (Linguistic Validation).

Key Responsibilities

• Engages with customers as a senior operational leader and leads teams to execute defined solutions
• Analyzes performance metrics and implements process improvements to enhance customer satisfaction and profitability
• Collaborates with leadership to forecast operational revenue and manages client onboarding and relationship management

Required Qualifications

• College/university degree in Business, English, Foreign Language, Social or Applied Science, or related field
• 10-12 years of experience in coordinating complex projects within the translation/localization industry
• Minimum of eight years in customer service/account management, with five years in the translation industry
• Demonstrated leadership experience of at least six years with a progressive record in management
• Experience in a fast-growing, publicly traded international company is preferred
