Program Director - Hyperscaler

Job Summary

Leading strategic initiatives across hyperscaler partnerships, the full-time salaried Hyperscaler Program Director - Go-to-Market, Quote-to-Cash will manage program execution, optimize operational processes, and ensure alignment with business goals in a flexible or remote work environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the full lifecycle of hyperscaler programs from scoping and planning to execution and delivery
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to facilitate communication and collaboration among diverse groups
• Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders and clients to align programs with business objectives

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in GTM operations, strategic program management, or business transformation in enterprise SaaS
• Proven experience leading hyperscaler or cloud transformation initiatives
• Bachelor's degree in project management, Business Administration, or a related field
• PMP or equivalent project management certification with a minimum of 5 years in program or project management
• Strong understanding of Quote to Cash processes and partner business ecosystems
