Job Summary

Managing the deployment of software updates and new releases within multiple Epic Systems environments, the remote Program Director IS - Epic Release Manager will oversee program coordination, resource management, and stakeholder communication while ensuring system reliability and compliance.

Key responsibilities

• Champions program goals and mobilizes support across the organization to enable change efforts
• Allocates team roles, manages conflicts, and resolves issues swiftly to maintain program momentum
• Develops program plans aligned with organizational strategies and emerging technologies, ensuring results are achieved throughout the program lifecycle

Required qualifications

• At least 10 years of experience in information technologies and operational management practices
• Four-year Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience is required
• Graduate or professional work or advanced degree is preferred
