Program Director IV

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Program Director IV for the Maya Angelou Research Center for Healthy Communities.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the administration and coordination of grant and manuscript writing for the research program
• Analyze systems and processes, tracking relevant RFAs and manuscripts to improve outcomes
• Plan and conduct qualitative research and analysis for various research projects

Required Qualifications

• Ph.D. (or equivalent degree) with eight years of relevant experience
• Significant experience in setting strategic direction and achieving objectives
• Thorough knowledge of the functional area to be served
• Strong background in qualitative analysis and project management
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively
