Program Director, MSA Integration

Job Summary

To execute the integration strategy for Medical & Scientific Affairs, the full-time remote Program Director, MSA Integration will manage day-to-day coordination of integration activities, ensuring accountability among functional leaders and effective communication between acquiring and acquired entities.

Key responsibilities

• Participates in creating and evolving the MSA integration strategy and supports detailed integration planning and execution
• Defines and monitors integration readiness criteria for MSA subfunctions, coordinating key cutover and milestone decisions
• Owns integration management deliverables, driving disciplined follow-through with functional owners and escalating challenges as necessary

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required
• Minimum of 10 years of professional experience with M&A integrations and high-level commercial strategy execution
• Experience and understanding of roles within a comprehensive Medical & Scientific Affairs organization
• Experience leading and influencing cross-functional teams in highly regulated medical industries
• Strong understanding of advanced project management tools and techniques
