Program Director of Genomic Medicine

Job Summary

To drive successful external collaborations, the full-time salaried Program Director of Genomic Medicine will manage project development and implementation, provide scientific and budgetary support, and ensure effective coordination across multidisciplinary teams in a hybrid onsite/remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Direct program operations and maintain relationships with institutional collaborators to support internal and external portfolio efforts
• Oversee financial management of the program, including budget analysis, grant submissions, and compliance with institutional guidelines
• Recruit, supervise, and evaluate staff while building teams to achieve project goals and meet deadlines

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, or related field; Master's Degree preferred
• Five years of project/program management experience, with a preference for experience leading complex initiatives
• Proven people management experience, including the ability to lead and develop high-performing teams
• Strategic mindset with strong relationship-building skills across multiple stakeholders
• Ability to effectively execute programs and drive initiatives forward to achieve organizational goals
