Program Director of Genomic Medicine

Job Summary

Driving external collaborations, the full-time salaried Program Director of Genomic Medicine will manage scientific and budgetary support for corporate partnerships and multidisciplinary projects, ensuring effective project development, implementation, and reporting in a hybrid onsite/remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Direct program operations and maintain relationships with institutional collaborators to support internal and external efforts
• Oversee financial management, including budget analysis, grant accounting, and compliance with institutional guidelines
• Recruit, supervise, and evaluate staff while coordinating project teams to achieve successful outcomes

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, or a related field
• Five years of project/program management experience, with a preference for experience leading complex initiatives
• Proven people management experience, including developing high-performing teams
• Strategic mindset with the ability to build and maintain relationships across multiple stakeholders
• Ability to execute programs effectively and drive initiatives to achieve organizational goals
