Program Director, PMO

Job Summary

Focusing on process improvement and project management, the full-time remote Program Director, PMO will manage complex projects, drive organizational change, and implement efficient processes across the enterprise.

Key responsibilities

• Manage multiple complex projects, ensuring effective scheduling, costing, and risk management
• Proactively assess projects for potential issues and develop solutions to complex problems
• Establish processes and tools to enhance efficiency and facilitate organizational change

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with at least one project management course
• 4-7 years of relevant work experience in business, engineering, or a related field
• Expert knowledge of project management methodologies and software
• Ability to learn new software quickly and instruct others on its use
• PMP or Six Sigma Green Belt Certification preferred
