Job Summary

Focusing on process improvement and project management, the full-time remote Program Director, PMO will oversee complex projects, manage organizational change, and implement solutions to enhance efficiency across enterprise-wide initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Manage multiple complex projects simultaneously, ensuring effective scheduling, costing, and risk management
• Assess projects for potential issues and develop solutions to address complex problems across various initiatives
• Establish processes and tools to improve project efficiency and drive organizational change management

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
• 5-8 years of relevant work experience in Healthcare, AI, Engineering, or a related field
• Expert knowledge of project management methods and techniques
• Proficiency in project-specific software and ability to learn new applications quickly
• Preferred certifications include PMP or CSM
