Job Summary
A company is looking for a Part Time Program Director - Resident Services to create and lead consistent, excellent Apartment Life experiences for coordinators and clients in the Strategic Initiatives division.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage fully integrated programs and ensure teams/coordinators provide quality services and meet community and Apartment Life goals
- Develop and lead teams/coordinators through training, coaching, and accountability
- Maintain effective relationships with clients, property managers, and regional managers
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree preferred
- 2 to 5+ years of leadership development, project management, and client account management experience preferred
- Ability to work remotely and serve programs in various time zones
