Program Director, Risk Quality

Job Summary

Providing deep subject matter expertise, the full-time Program Director, Risk Quality will manage enterprise risk and quality solutions activities, collaborating with health plan leaders to implement best practices and achieve performance goals in a remote setting.

Key responsibilities

• Support state health plans in achieving risk and quality goals by leveraging established best practices
• Lead risk/quality-related programs and serve as a subject matter expert for functional areas and health plans
• Identify and escalate gaps in program implementation and partner with teams to resolve barriers affecting execution

Required qualifications

• At least 8 years of managed care experience, including risk adjustment/quality-related experience
• Minimum of 3 years in a management or leadership role
• Proficiency with risk adjustment methodologies and data analysis
• Experience in quality/risk operational and process improvement
• Project management experience in a cross-collaborative environment
