Program Director, Risk Quality Solutions

Job Summary

Providing deep subject matter expertise for enterprise risk and quality solutions, the full-time Program Director, Risk Quality Solutions will collaborate with health plan leaders to implement best practices and ensure the completion of action plans to achieve performance goals in a remote setting.

Key responsibilities

• Support state health plans in achieving risk and quality goals by leveraging established best practices
• Lead risk/quality-related programs and serve as a subject matter expert across functional areas and health plans
• Identify and escalate gaps in program implementation and partner with teams to resolve barriers affecting execution

Required qualifications

• At least 8 years of managed care experience, including risk adjustment and quality-related experience
• Minimum of 3 years of management or leadership experience
• Proficiency with risk adjustment methodologies and quality/risk operational processes
• Strong data analysis, manipulation, and interpretation skills
• Project management experience and ability to work collaboratively in a matrixed organization
