Job Summary

Leading the business transformation vision, the full-time Program Director - SAP MRO Services will manage SAP S/4HANA MRO/CRO capabilities integrated with Maximo, focusing on operational efficiency and aftermarket service delivery in a hybrid Edison, NJ/remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the design and implementation of SAP S/4HANA MRO/CRO processes, ensuring integration with Maximo for maintenance and asset management workflows
• Drive large-scale transformation programs, coordinating cross-functional global teams to enhance operational performance and service delivery
• Act as a trusted advisor to business and technology leadership, facilitating executive reviews and translating business priorities into actionable SAP-Maximo capabilities

Required qualifications

• 10-25 years of experience in SAP S/4HANA, specifically in MRO/CRO within the aerospace and defense aftermarket sector
• Proven expertise in integrating SAP S/4HANA with IBM Maximo and understanding of aerospace aftermarket service models
• Strong knowledge of maintenance planning, asset management, and inventory integration processes
• Experience leading large-scale SAP transformation initiatives involving multiple business units
• Familiarity with regulated aerospace and defense operating models, including compliance and quality control standards
