Job Summary

Leading enterprise-wide SAP S/4HANA transformation initiatives, the full-time remote Program Director - SAP S/4HANA will define integration strategies, oversee solution architecture, and drive alignment between IT and business objectives in the Aerospace & Defense aftermarket domain.

Key responsibilities

• Define the SAP S/4HANA solution and integration strategy for A&D Aftermarket transformation
• Lead end-to-end solution design across all S/4HANA functional domains and ensure alignment with business requirements
• Act as a trusted advisor to executive leadership, driving cross-functional alignment and translating strategic goals into SAP-enabled solutions

Required qualifications

• Deep expertise in SAP S/4HANA Solution and Integration Architecture
• Extensive experience in Aerospace & Defense Aftermarket domain
• Proven leadership in large-scale SAP S/4HANA transformation programs
• Strong experience with API-led and event-driven architecture
• Hands-on expertise in integration with various systems including EWM and PLM
