Key Responsibilities

• Build and expand water resources, stormwater, and coastal engineering services
• Lead and mentor a high-performing team to tackle complex challenges
• Drive business development efforts with federal, state, and local agencies

Required Qualifications

• BA/BS in Civil, Biosystems, or Environmental Engineering/Science with 10-12+ years of related experience
• Proven success in business development and client relationship management
• PE license preferred, with advanced technical expertise
• Experience building and leading high-performing teams
• Strong negotiation expertise and ability to drive projects to exceed client expectations
