Job Summary
Leading the operational success of OCHIN's internal workforce program, the full-time remote Program Director, Workforce Development will manage the apprentice lifecycle from recruitment to training and placement, ensuring alignment with business needs and scalable staffing solutions.
Key responsibilities
- Oversee the day-to-day management of the apprentice program, ensuring a high-quality experience for all participants
- Coordinate with hiring managers to anticipate staffing needs and ensure appropriate placement and utilization of apprentices
- Identify opportunities for program expansion and continuous improvement to strengthen the apprentice program as a strategic workforce pipeline
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in human resources, business, healthcare administration, organizational development, or a related field, or equivalent experience
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in program management, workforce development, or related fields
- Experience coordinating across multiple stakeholders, including hiring managers and operational leaders
- Demonstrated ability to manage complex programs with multiple moving parts and timelines
- Strong project management and organizational skills, with experience tracking program outcomes and workforce metrics
