Program Engagement Representative

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Program Engagement Representative to manage member enrollment and scheduling for health programs.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound and receive inbound calls to enroll and schedule members in lifestyle management or clinical coaching
• Explain platform features and services to members based on their employer-sponsored health program
• Document interactions and assist program team members with clerical tasks as needed

Required Qualifications

• GED or High School diploma, with technical medical knowledge and/or computer courses preferred
• A minimum of three years' experience in a customer service and sales-driven environment, preferably in healthcare
• Proficiency in computer skills, including word processing, spreadsheets, and Microsoft Office programs
• Ability to communicate effectively with members and colleagues
• Strong mathematical skills for handling various units of measure
