Job Summary

To support the Chronic Weight Management Global Indication Lead, the full-time remote MariTide, OSA and PIE Program Execution Lead will shape and drive integrated execution across the MariTide lifecycle expansion initiatives, influencing cross-functional decision-making and ensuring the successful delivery of key milestones to maximize patient and business impact.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead enterprise portfolio integration and strategic influence across the execution of OSA and PIE initiatives, ensuring alignment among various functions
• Shape and operationalize the integrated program plan and timelines, driving accountability and visibility against key milestones
• Drive execution excellence across multiple functions, proactively identifying risks and dependencies to enable timely decision-making

Required Qualifications:

• Doctorate degree and 5 years of relevant experience, or a Master's degree and 8 years, or a Bachelor's degree and 10 years in biopharmaceutical commercialization, global strategy execution, or program management
• Experience solving complex business problems in a consulting environment
• Proven track record of leading complex, cross-functional programs through key development and commercialization milestones
• Strong executive presence with experience in supporting senior governance and decision-making forums
• Demonstrated ability to influence without authority and drive alignment across diverse stakeholders
