Job Summary

A company is looking for a Program Execution Team Lead.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end execution of networking product programs, ensuring delivery milestones and technical goals are met
• Collaborate with program managers and engineering leads to define project plans, resource needs, and technical dependencies
• Establish and manage program timelines, budgets, and reporting structures across multiple concurrent projects

Required Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in program/project management, with at least 3 years focused on complex system-level products
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field; Master's preferred
• Proven track record of successfully delivering complex, cross-functional engineering projects in a fast-paced environment
• Strong understanding of networking technologies, hardware/software integration, and product development lifecycle
• Experience with Agile methodologies and tools, along with project management methodologies such as PMBOK
