Program Facilitator in RAG Engineering

Job Summary

Seeking a remote independent contractor, the Program Facilitator in RAG and Context Engineering will guide learners through an 8-week online program focused on designing and building production-grade AI systems, facilitating lab sessions, moderating discussions, and supporting learner engagement.

Key Responsibilities

• Facilitate weekly office hours and moderate required discussion boards
• Support learners in synthesizing content from live sessions and assist with capstone assignments
• Collaborate with academic delivery managers to enhance learner engagement and monitor progress

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience as an Applied AI Consultant, Solutions Architect, or similar roles
• A bachelor's degree is required; a master's degree in engineering, AI, or related fields is preferred
• Hands-on experience with Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) systems and LLM APIs
• Experience supporting technical learners in applied or project-based environments
• Strong knowledge of AI systems, evaluation frameworks, and technical workflow support
