Program Finance Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Program Finance Analyst 3 to support finance for significant contracts in national defense.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide timely and accurate metrics on schedule and cost performance using Earned Value Management
• Support baseline development activities and maintain project financial structures
• Analyze and report on performance variances and assist with recovery plans as necessary

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a relevant discipline; Master's degree preferred
• 3-5 years of analyst or related experience
• Knowledge of program financial controls and federal acquisition regulations
• Familiarity with various contract types (FFP, FPIF, CPFF, CPIF, T&M)
• Ability to obtain and maintain a government security clearance
