Program Finance Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Program Finance Analyst 3 to support finance for significant contracts in national defense.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide timely and accurate metrics on schedule and cost performance utilizing Earned Value or related processes
• Support baseline development activities and provide analysis on performance variances to budget
• Ensure timely completion of the Estimate at Complete (EAC) process and provide financial data for Program Management Reviews

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a relevant discipline; Master's Degree preferred
• 3-5 years of Analyst or related experience
• Knowledge of program financial controls with DoD programs and relevant federal acquisition regulations
• Familiarity with different contract types (FFP, FPIF, CPFF, CPIF, T&M)
• Ability to obtain and maintain a government security clearance
