Program Finance Analyst

Job Summary

Collaborating with internal and external customers, the full-time Program Finance Analyst 2 will ensure financial accuracy and support for significant contracts in national defense while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Provides timely metrics on schedule and cost performance using Earned Value Management processes
• Develops and monitors program-level time-phased plans for revenue forecasting and budgeting
• Ensures timely invoicing and collection of customer receivables while analyzing performance variances and risks

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a relevant discipline; Master's degree preferred
• 3-5 years of related experience in program finance, particularly with DoD programs
• Knowledge of federal acquisition regulations and various contract types (FFP, FPIF, CPFF, CPIF, T&M)
• Proficiency in Microsoft software applications, especially Excel
• Ability to present complex financial information to all levels of management
