Program Finance Analyst

Job Summary

Supporting program finance for significant national defense contracts, the full-time Program Finance Analyst 3 will provide financial performance metrics, manage baseline development, and assist with program financial planning and reporting in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Provides timely and accurate metrics on schedule and cost performance utilizing Earned Value Management (EVM) principles
• Supports baseline development activities and ensures timely maintenance of the Project-Activity Structure
• Analyzes performance variances to budget and assists with recovery plans as needed

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a relevant discipline; Master's degree preferred
• 3-5 years of experience in Analyst or related roles
• Knowledge of program financial controls and relevant federal acquisition regulations
• Proficiency in Microsoft software applications, particularly Excel
• Ability to present complex information to all levels of management
