Program Finance Analyst

Job Summary

To support the Internal Research & Development program, the full-time remote Program Finance Analyst will manage financial performance metrics, oversee project selection processes, and prepare detailed financial reports to assist senior management in strategic decision-making.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee the IR&D selection process and manage program financial performance, including forecasting and tracking expenditures
• Prepare and present program-level earned value and financial performance reports to leadership and program teams
• Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure alignment with company processes and manage project transitions to supported business units

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related discipline or equivalent experience, with at least 5 years of professional experience
• Ability to obtain/maintain a Top Secret/SCI DoD clearance, U.S. Citizenship required
• Experience with program finance, including monthly and quarterly financial status preparation and analysis
• Proficient in tools such as Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Jira, and/or Tableau
• Deep knowledge of one pillar of business management (Finance, Scheduling, Contracts, Pricing/Estimating) and familiarity with others
