Program Finance Lead

Job Summary

Leading a team of finance professionals, the full-time Program Finance Lead will manage the execution of a portfolio of programs, provide strategic insights, and support proposal efforts while working closely with various stakeholders in a dynamic environment.

Key responsibilities:

• Oversee diverse activities within the program finance organization and lead a team to achieve financial goals
• Develop and execute the commercial space portion of the program's Annual Operating Plan and financial forecasts
• Identify programmatic risks and collaborate with management to implement mitigation strategies and cost reduction measures

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or related discipline with 8-12 years of experience, or a Master's degree with 6-10 years of experience
• Knowledge of various contract types including FFP, FPLOE, T&M, and Cost Plus
• Ability to operate independently with strong analytical and presentation skills
• Must be a US Citizen and able to obtain and maintain a Secret Security Clearance
