Program Finance Lead

Job Summary

To support the Hypersonic Weapons Division, the full-time salaried Program Finance Lead will manage financial goals, oversee program execution, and provide strategic insights while collaborating with various teams to ensure successful project delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and oversee diverse activities within the program finance organization, leading a team of experienced professionals
• Develop and execute the program's Annual Operating Plan (AOP), quarterly financial forecasts, and support month-end closing processes
• Identify programmatic risks and work with the Program Manager to develop mitigation plans and implement cost reduction measures

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or a related discipline plus 3-5 years of related experience
• Knowledge of multiple contract types, terms, and billing/reporting requirements
• Experience in financial analysis and strategy development for business proposals
