Program Finance Lead

Job Summary

To support the Hypersonic Weapons Division, the full-time Program Finance Lead will manage a portfolio of programs, providing financial insights, overseeing program execution, and driving strategic initiatives while collaborating with various teams.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and oversee diverse activities within the program finance organization, leading a team of professionals
• Develop and execute the Annual Operating Plan (AOP), quarterly financial forecasts, and support month-end closing processes
• Communicate with internal and external parties to influence financial policies and practices while identifying and mitigating programmatic risks

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or a related discipline plus 5-8 years of related experience
• Knowledge of multiple contract types, including FFP, FPLOE, T&M, and Cost Plus
• Experience in financial analysis and reporting, particularly in complex program environments
• Ability to operate independently and provide strategic insights for business growth
• Strong analytical and presentation skills
