Program Finance Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Electronic Systems Program Finance Manager.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage staff and oversee the generation of EVM deliverables, program controls, EACs, and R&O management
• Drive accurate program-level budgeting and forecasting, providing insights into funding levels and new business opportunities
• Collaborate with Program Management and Contracts teams to ensure timely and compliant contract modifications and support audits

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance; MBA preferred
• 7 years of experience in the Aerospace and Defense industry
• Experience leading teams in Earned Value Management and financial management
• 2 - 4 years of experience in leading high-performing teams
• Familiarity with Deltek COBRA & Open Plan
