Program Finance Manager

Job Summary

Leading financial management initiatives, the full-time Program Finance Manager will oversee financial planning, analysis, forecasting, and reporting for programs related to the Public Infrastructure portfolio and the Department of State.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the monthly close process, Annual Operating Plan (AOP), and financial reporting
• Interface with Program Operation Managers and support organizations to implement financial policies and procedures
• Establish and maintain cost/schedule baselines and assist in new business proposals

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree and 5+ years of experience in program finance control or operations finance
• At least 2 years of experience as a team lead or finance manager
• Experience in the defense contract industry with knowledge of multiple contract types
• Ability to obtain a security clearance as needed
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in financial reporting
