Supporting a collaborative program team in a remote environment, the full-time Program Finance Operations Lead will manage operational excellence, financial management, and cross-team coordination to advance the global energy transition.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure efficient team operations by tracking objectives, managing budgets, and supporting internal knowledge sharing
• Coordinate end-to-end budgeting processes, providing financial updates and analysis to leadership
• Facilitate hiring and onboarding processes, ensuring effective talent management and team cohesion

Required Qualifications:

• 3-6 years of experience in operations, finance, consulting, or related analytical roles
• Strong organizational skills for managing complex funding compliance and team operations
• Experience in supporting senior leadership with analysis and operational coordination
• Outstanding analytical skills with a focus on operational change in fast-growing organizations
• Ability to manage diverse stakeholder groups in a remote environment
