Job Summary

Supporting the advancement of global energy transition efforts, the full-time remote Program Finance Operations Lead will manage program operations, financial management, and cross-team coordination while ensuring effective execution of strategic plans within a collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Facilitate internal coordination and maintain operating rhythm to support program leadership and alignment across business cycles
• Oversee budgeting and financial management processes, providing analysis and updates to leadership regarding program finances
• Coordinate procurement, contracting, and invoicing processes to ensure compliance and efficient project execution

Required Qualifications:

• 3-6 years of experience in operations, finance, consulting, or related analytical roles
• Strong organizational skills for managing operations within large teams and complex funding compliance
• Experience in supporting senior leadership with analysis and operational coordination
• Outstanding analytical skills with a focus on operational change in fast-growing organizations
• Ability to effectively communicate and manage diverse stakeholder groups in a remote environment
