Program Financial Analysis Supervisor

Job Summary

Leading a team in budget preparation and financial tracking, the full-time salaried Program Financial Analysis Supervisor will manage expenditures for complex contracts and collaborate with program management to enhance financial performance.

Key responsibilities

• Lead project setup and ensure compliance with contractual terms and conditions
• Prepare financial Estimates at Complete (EAC) and conduct variance analyses to monitor project costs
• Identify risks and opportunities for profit improvement, delivering analytical solutions in collaboration with various functional teams

Required qualifications

• Ability to obtain a DoD security clearance, requiring US citizenship
• Minimum of 10 years' experience in project cost control and financial management
• Demonstrated understanding of various contract types, including Cost Plus, Time and Materials, and Firm Fixed Price
• Bachelor's degree (BA or BS) required
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly advanced Excel skills
