Job Summary
Providing financial planning and analytical support, the remote Program Financial Analyst (FP&A) will manage annual operating plans, prepare financial reports, and analyze budget forecasts within a dynamic logistics environment.
Key responsibilities
- Support the development of annual operating plans, forecasts/EAC, and long-term plans for the business line
- Prepare detailed monthly financial reports, including revenue, cost, margin analysis, and variance commentary
- Track labor, logistics costs, and spending associated with operations while ensuring compliance with financial standards
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, or a similar discipline
- 2-5 years of experience in program finance, FP&A, or project accounting, preferably within federal contracting
- Strong analytical skills with experience in forecasting, budgeting, and EAC development
- Ability to interpret Army contracts and task orders
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and ERP systems such as Costpoint or similar
