Job Summary
A company is looking for a Program Group Admin to provide operational support in onboarding, payroll, and travel arrangements.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage correspondence, onboarding, and new hire paperwork
- Coordinate background checks and drug screen scheduling
- Process payroll and prepare payroll reports while verifying employee timekeeping
Required Qualifications
- Full-time availability with flexibility for evening or weekend work
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Adobe, and Google Docs
- Ability to train virtually and work fully remote with reliable internet
- Highly organized and capable of multi-tasking in a fast-paced environment
- Experience with employee onboarding and payroll processes preferred
