Program Implementation Specialist
Job Summary
Providing senior-level implementation expertise, the full-time remote Program Implementation Specialist will support the design, launch, and management of the Elevated Risk Care Management Pilot aimed at enhancing suicide prevention care for Veterans, while collaborating with various stakeholders to ensure alignment with organizational goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive implementation strategies and plans for new healthcare programs
- Coordinate implementation activities across national, regional, and local stakeholders to ensure program objectives are met
- Support the evaluation of program performance and integration of feedback for continuous improvement
Required Qualifications
- Master's degree in healthcare administration, public health, business administration, or a related field
- Minimum of 10 years of relevant professional experience in healthcare program implementation or management
- At least five years of experience with Planning, Programming, Budgeting, and Execution (PPBE) and Management and Financial Reporting (MFR) processes
- Experience implementing programs within a large integrated healthcare system
- Familiarity with Veterans Affairs or Veterans Health Administration programs and processes
