Job Summary

A company is looking for a Program Insights Analyst & Researcher.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct qualitative and quantitative research to inform program strategy and identify areas for improvement
• Analyze program performance and learner feedback, presenting insights to stakeholders to drive alignment and action
• Collaborate with the Data Team to ensure data integrity and develop actionable insights for program enhancements

Required Qualifications

• Proven expertise in data analysis and visualization techniques
• Experience with experimental design and A/B testing
• Ability to collaborate across teams, particularly between Data and Program teams
• Strong strategic thinking and practical execution skills
