Job Summary
A company is looking for a Program Integrity Audit Analyst II to evaluate and develop leads associated with performance audits of Medicaid Managed Care Plans.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct performance audits in accordance with Government Auditing Standards
- Design and implement audit strategies for provider payment reviews and managed care plan performance audits
- Document findings and recommendations for improved contract compliance and identify improper payments
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or G.E.D. equivalent; preference for candidates with relevant college or technical degrees
- Certified Fraud Examiner (CFE) Certification is preferred
- Minimum of one year of experience conducting performance or compliance audits, preferably involving state Medicaid programs
- Proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel is required
- Knowledge of statistics and data analysis techniques is preferred
