Program Lead

Job Summary

Seeking a strategic and operationally-focused Program Lead for the Performance Center, this full-time position will manage the operational framework, drive accountability across initiatives, and ensure commitments are met in a hybrid work environment.

Key responsibilities:

• Build and refine the operational framework to drive accountability across high-stakes initiatives
• Own the scheduling, agenda setting, and facilitation of departmental meetings and reviews
• Define and track strategic operational metrics to ensure efficient scaling of the team

Required qualifications:

• At least 8 years of experience in Operational Leadership, Program Management, or Engineering Management in high-volume internet traffic or cloud infrastructure
• Proven ability to drive cross-functional initiatives to completion with exceptional operational rigor
• Demonstrated executive presence and ability to influence C-suite stakeholders
• Strong analytical mindset with a focus on measurable data for strategic decision-making
• Experience in navigating competing priorities across Finance, Product, and Engineering
