Program Lead

Job Summary

Seeking a strategic and operationally-focused Program Lead for the Performance Center, this full-time position will manage the operational framework, drive accountability across initiatives, and partner with cross-functional teams to ensure high performance and customer success in a hybrid work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Build and refine the operational framework to drive accountability and meet partner commitments
• Own the scheduling and facilitation of departmental meetings to maintain operational cadence
• Define and track strategic operational metrics to ensure efficient scaling and success

Required qualifications

• At least 8 years of experience in Operational Leadership, Program Management, or Engineering Management in high-volume environments
• Proven ability to drive cross-functional initiatives to completion with exceptional operational rigor
• Experience influencing C-suite stakeholders by translating technical findings into business insights
• Strong relationship-building skills with experience navigating competing priorities across teams
• Analytical mindset with a focus on providing measurable data for strategic decision-making
