Job Summary

Seeking a strategic and operationally-focused leader, the full-time Program Lead will manage the operational framework of the Performance Center, ensuring accountability and alignment across cross-functional teams in a hybrid work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Build and refine the operational framework to drive accountability across high-stakes initiatives
• Own the scheduling and facilitation of daily standups, weekly syncs, and seasonal readiness reviews
• Track strategic operational metrics to ensure team efficiency and success

Required qualifications

• At least 8 years of experience in Operational Leadership, Program Management, or Engineering Management
• Proven ability to drive cross-functional initiatives to completion with operational rigor
• Demonstrated executive presence with the ability to influence C-suite stakeholders
• Strong analytical mindset with a focus on measurable data for strategic decision-making
• Experience in high-volume internet traffic or cloud infrastructure environments
