Job Summary

To lead a dynamic team in a remote environment, the full-time Program Lead will oversee the Software Engineering Immersive program, ensuring high-quality service for students and instructors while fostering collaboration across departments.

Key responsibilities

• Guide instructors and cohort leads to support students in developing skills for successful job searches and careers in the software industry
• Build classroom culture and community, coaching positive behaviors and managing relationships with government clients and stakeholders
• Maintain accurate data on student performance and deliver constructive feedback to enhance outcomes and student sentiment

Required qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in managing educational programs or 2+ years managing a team with 3+ years in education
• Coaching or advisory experience
• Alignment with organizational values focused on learning, belonging, collaboration, and integrity
• Ability to work full-time, generally within weekday business hours, and occasionally evenings and weekends
• Ability to clear the required background check
