Program Lead

Job Summary

Seeking a strategic and operationally-focused Program Lead for the Performance Center, this full-time role will manage the operational framework, drive accountability across initiatives, and partner with cross-functional teams to ensure high performance and customer success, with a preference for candidates in a hybrid work model near San Francisco, New York, or Denver.

Key responsibilities

• Build and refine the operational framework to drive accountability across high-stakes initiatives
• Own the scheduling, agenda setting, and facilitation of departmental meetings and reviews
• Define and track strategic operational metrics to ensure efficient scaling and success

Required qualifications

• At least 8 years of experience in Operational Leadership, Program Management, or Engineering Management
• Proven ability to drive cross-functional initiatives to completion with exceptional operational rigor
• Demonstrated executive presence and ability to influence C-suite stakeholders
• Strong analytical mindset with a focus on measurable data for strategic decision-making
• Experience navigating competing priorities across Finance, Product, and Engineering teams
