Program Lead

Job Summary

Seeking a strategic and operationally-focused Program Lead for the Performance Center, the full-time position will manage the operational framework and cadence, drive accountability across initiatives, and partner cross-functionally to ensure high performance and customer success in a hybrid work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Build and refine the operational framework for the Performance Center to ensure commitments are met
• Drive the operational cadence by facilitating daily standups, weekly syncs, and seasonal readiness reviews
• Define and track strategic operational metrics to measure success and resource efficiency

Required qualifications

• At least 8 years of experience in Operational Leadership, Program Management, or Engineering Management
• Proven ability to drive cross-functional initiatives to completion in high-volume internet traffic or cloud environments
• Demonstrated executive presence with the ability to influence C-suite stakeholders
• Strong analytical mindset with a focus on measurable data for strategic decision-making
• Experience in navigating competing priorities across Finance, Product, and Engineering teams
