Program Lead

Job Summary

Seeking a strategic and operationally-focused Program Lead for the Performance Center, this full-time position will manage the operational framework, drive accountability across initiatives, and partner with cross-functional teams to ensure high performance and customer success in a hybrid work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Build and refine the operational framework for the Performance Center to enhance accountability and meet partner commitments
• Drive the operational cadence by facilitating daily standups, weekly syncs, and seasonal readiness reviews
• Define and track strategic operational metrics to ensure efficient scaling and success across initiatives

Required qualifications

• At least 8 years of experience in Operational Leadership, Program Management, or Engineering Management in high-volume internet traffic or cloud environments
• Proven ability to drive cross-functional initiatives to completion with exceptional operational rigor
• Strong executive presence with the ability to influence C-suite stakeholders and translate technical findings into business insights
• Experience in navigating competing priorities across Finance, Product, and Engineering
• Analytical mindset with a focus on providing data for informed prioritization and strategic decision-making
