Job Summary

Seeking a strategic and operationally-focused Program Lead for the Performance Center, this full-time position will manage the operational framework and cadence, ensuring accountability and alignment across cross-functional teams in a hybrid work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Build and refine the operational framework to drive accountability across high-stakes initiatives
• Own the scheduling and facilitation of departmental meetings and reviews to maintain operational cadence
• Define and track strategic operational metrics to ensure efficient scaling and success

Required qualifications

• At least 8 years of experience in Operational Leadership, Program Management, or Engineering Management
• Proven ability to drive cross-functional initiatives to completion in high-volume environments
• Demonstrated executive presence and ability to influence C-suite stakeholders
• Strong analytical mindset with a focus on measurable data for strategic decision-making
• Experience in navigating competing priorities across diverse teams to achieve shared goals
