Job Summary
Experienced campaign managers will find a full-time remote opportunity as a Program Lead in the District of Columbia, responsible for overseeing North American campaign operations, managing external agency relationships, and ensuring compliance across all campaign activities.
Key responsibilities
- Manage the full lifecycle of North American campaigns, from scoping and creative brief to production and measurement
- Serve as the primary contact for external creative agencies and partners, ensuring deliverables meet timelines and quality standards
- Coordinate with advocacy coalitions and partners on campaign activities, preparing materials and updates to keep stakeholders aligned
Required qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in a PR, integrated communications, or advocacy-facing agency
- Demonstrated track record of running complex, multi-stakeholder campaigns end-to-end
- Familiarity with project management methodologies and tools
- Understanding of the Washington advocacy landscape and civil society organizations
- Genuine interest in AI governance and responsible technology policy
